The Breath of Life

To be vibrantly alive is our birthright and our very nature. Through movement and deep breathing we can open up to the depth of our emotions and express what we really feel. In the deep relaxation that follows it becomes easy to fall inward, connecting us to a deeper acceptance and celebration of who we are.

Breath moves our energy and links our body with life.  Using active meditation techniques and neo-Reichian bodywork we will loosen the body’s tense ‘armored’ musculature, releasing repressions and held feelings that have accumulated inside of us. Letting go of these old tensions opens a new world of spontaneity and sensitivity, so that the body becomes a natural doorway for meditation.
