Hakomi Practicum Sessions
with Deepika
Hakomi is a world renowned somatic approach to healing. It applies mindfulness, somatic and experience-based methods to support personal growth and change.
In these sessions, we'll explore deep seated beliefs, attitudes and emotions as they are held and expressed in the body. Using a subtle blend of somatic awareness, mindfulness and loving presence, old patterns and restrictions melt away and new opportunities and possibilities open up naturally. What I love about this method is the deep commitment to acceptance and trusting the natural organic process of unwinding. Since the process is guided by the inner wisdom each of us carries inside, it becomes easy to integrate the transformation into your daily life and relationships. A detailed description of the method and its applications can be found at www.hakomicalifornia.org Special Internship Offer
I recommend starting with a series of 6 sessions, in order to really feel the full effect of the work. After the series of 6 sessions, you can continue deepening into this transformational process as much or as little as you like. Most people continue for a while, others choose to come in just every once in a while for a check in.
Of course, you can come in for one session, just to try it out and feel if it's a good match for you, and then decide if you want to continue. Doing the series gives you a chance to have a deeper experience and brings greater long-term benefit and satisfaction, and most people choose to continue experiencing the deep shifts and healing in their inner world, their personal relationships and at work. I offer sessions in San Rafael, in Fairfax and in Berkeley. To book a session or find out more about the Hakomi method, call me at 415 419-7777 or send me your contact info in the form below: |
