Active Meditations are techniques that help incorporate the quality of meditation and awareness into daily life. We'll experiment each time with a different technique, combining movement to awaken our energy with a witnessing presence and stillness. Practicing these simple meditations is very joyful and nourishing for the body, heart and soul. It's also a great way to center yourself and get in touch with your depth in the middle of the week!
