Relaxing into inner balance by practicing the tantric art of non-doing, you will learn simply to be present, and to rest within the powerful waves of life energy–or sexual energy–that flow through you.
This relaxation, this stillness, is meditation. The pleasure and aliveness we feel as our energy flows through our bodies, is Tantra.
